What models does BlogChat use?
BlogChat currently supports GPT-3.5-TURBO for free users & GPT-4-TURBO for premium users
What payment methods do you accept?
BlogNLP accepts payments via credit or debit cards, including MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and many country-specific payment methods. We do not accept PayPal at this time.
Is the payment service secure?
BlogNLP uses Stripe for financial processing and does not store any information about your card. Stripe is certified to the highest compliance standards, so you can ensure safety and reliability when using our platform.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. On the top right when you are logged in, click on the menu button and select 'Billing'. This will redirect you to Stripe's billing portal where you can download invoices, switch plans and cancel your subscription. If you can not login, no worry: click 'Billing' on the bottom of BlogNLP's front page and enter the email you signed up with on Stripe's billing portal. Stripe will send you an email with a link to login and then you can download invoices, switch plans and cancel your subscription there.
Can I get a refund?
Regrettably, once the AI model training process commences, we are unable to provide refunds. By enrolling, you consent to relinquishing your entitlement to a refund. However, you have the freedom to terminate your subscription whenever desired. This determination is driven by the substantial expenses involved in generating images. As GPU processing costs are exorbitant and incurred immediately upon usage, we cannot accommodate refunds due to these high costs.
Forgot to cancel and my subscription renewed, can I get a refund?
The responsibility lies with the user to stay informed about their chosen payment plans. Failure to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date will result in being charged for the renewal at its full price. Refunds for renewals that were not cancelled are not provided by us. However, if you choose to cancel immediately, you can still enjoy the remaining period of your subscription without any interruptions.
How much does BlogNLP cost?
BlogNLP offers a free plan and a $15 premium plan. Yearly plans are also offered as well. You can find more information here.
Does BlogNLP offer a free trial?
BlogNLP offers users a limit of 10 generations per month.
